Week 5 Notes

 In our lesson we did a string of steps and then a sit practicing outside.   We were starting and 5 steps and then sit.  It took the entire hour to get 3 sets of four sits in a row.  I would like your goal to be getting those into 7-10 minutes.  Having Tiger focus on something other than what he is afraid of will eventually make him more confident and less fearful of his surroundings.


This week you can concentrate mostly on that if you are having a problem.  Make sure you are practicing outside.


If that does not fill up your time, do some of the exercises on Week 4 to complete the hour of practice.
